StreetDance Workshop & Competitions

Although we are associated with M.C.D.A. in Medway This event is being run solely by M.C.D.A.

To kick the day off will be a Workshop with Eugene "SIMMZ" Drummond

Competitions will start directly after workshop. You can attend just competition or both workshop and competition.

Notice To Parents & Pupils Regarding Competitions.

We ask that you always support your fellow pupils, you are well groomed, you do not walk around the dance floor whilst a competition is under way.

Please show respect to other professionals. Do not run around the venue. Please do not practice near where people are seated or in walkways. Please do not stand in front of people blocking their view and spoiling their day. Please ensure you take your rubbish home, we do not wish to be known as the messy school. Please remember once you have ordered tickets there is a one two week lock down. If you have ordered tickets and then decide within two weeks you are not attend the event you could be liable to still pay for your tickets. Under no circumstances are parents or pupils to contact promoters directly for tickets. You must book your tickets through your school. If you wish to attend any competition that is not on our list you must speak to your teacher.

Remember you need to be registered with the A.D.F.P. before you can enter any competition run under A.D.F.P. Rules. Ask your teacher

StreetDance - UDO (Rules - Click Here)

Remember you need to register with the UDO before you can attend a UDO event. Registration is free. Please ask your teacher for information on how to register or click here

StreetDance - SDI (Rules - Click Here)

DanceDomain are registered members of the SDI (Street Dance International)

Please note that in the not to distant future Pupils will have to be registered with the SDI and there will be a charge. This has not yet been implemented but is due to start next year 2010

Medallist Competitions - IDTA

DanceDomain/Teachers is/are member/s of the IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association)

The IDTA Run Ballroom & Latin - Freestyle - StreetDance Competitions. To enter these competitions you will need to have taken an examination in the grade you wish to enter. Please ask your teacher for more information.
