Ward has been up to! Marcquelle will be officially
opening our new Folkestone School - Date for the
Open Day will be announced soon.

Belle was presented with
Scholarship by Stephanie Pope (Principal of Urdang)
who has over the years seen thousands of brilliant
dancers. Stephanie announced on the microphone she
would like to award a dancer who has this weekend
blown her away this weekend and would like to offer
this dancer a scholarship for Urdang Academy. As
this was announced and the whole room went silent,
then she announced Belle Fisher as the dancer who
has amazed the judges and she was awarded the
scholarship, this was an excellent achievement for a
dancer who has only been doing street dance for 18
months. This means she will be working with Top west
end stars every weekend. So what an amazing weekend
for Belle wining her section, being awarded a
scholarship, winning Dancer of the Year, and not
forgetting a £1000 holiday. She was then asked to
perform centre stage with Disney characters in 2010.
So all this added to her three world championship
titles and her past 13th in Europe when she had only
been performing street dance for under a year, and
this week she is dancing with the KIG Family & Kiss
FM in London. We all wish Belle continued success,
and she is an inspiration to other youngsters at the
school, showing what can be achieved by hard work
and determination, but this aside ask her yourself
she just loves to dance, its not about winning!

Sunday 4th Of
October 2009 our very own
Street Dance Competition organised by
DanceDomainStreet Dance Promotions.
We are 1
in 3 promoters in the UK who are officially
appointed to run UDO affiliated Events. We
also work with the UDO on the running of all
their major events.
The
talented Dancer & Singer Kimberly Wyatt of
the "Pussycat Dolls" is officially the UDO's
first ever Ambassador.
It was
a great day!

December "Southern Street Dance Stars" Run
in conjunction with Sugar Free Street Dance
Update:
Well what a great few weeks we have just
had, great results for everybody, and our
own competition South East Street Dance
Challenge was a great success. Remember the
6th December we are running another street
dance competition at the same venue, but
this time in conjunction with the fab
SugarFree street dance. We are all thinking
about ways to raise money so all our
competitors can attend the up coming
weekends away firstly the British
Championships in February 2010
(5th -6th -7th) and
then the National Street Dance Challenge in
May
We
have booking forms for the British and we
hope for both the U12 & U18 Teams to dance.

WORKSHOP WAS
GREAT!
The
Recent Workshop run by DanceDomain, with
Isha who created the NemIsis Crew
(2008 BGT Finalist & 2 X UK
Champions) was fantastic and
great feedback from pupils and parents.
A great
attendance considering it was bonfire night
but unfortunate this is the only time we
could schedule this.
We have
another fantastic workshop coming soon with
yet again another top cheographer, as always
we only bring you the best in the business.

Fun August 8th 2009
We was the loudest
float according to everyone!
What a day! Great Fun! Big
Thank you to all pupils that came along I know you
all had such great fun, but we also know that many
of you wanted to attend but could not due to other
commitments. Big thanks to Mark who looked out our
hired generator that died, and special big thanks to
Jodie & Jazz's dad who brought down one of his
generators and saved the day we got the music
running with 5 min's to spare! PHEW! Well we was

We did however make loads
of noise with some wicked choons as always, and all
the pupils collected a large amount of money,
buckets of it.... from what I can see the crowd
enjoyed your dancing when you had chance, but also
enjoyed the Energy coming from you all!
Well done all pupils and
parents you did your dance school proud! Thank you.

I had to make a
choice........ Herne Bays Got Talent or The 2009 "StreetDance
Championships" Blackpool...uhm...let me think now!
well having been asked to MC the main hall I will
have to got to Blackpool, but to be honest I would
not miss is it for the world!
With real Street Dancers
coming from all over the globe it will be a very
tuff competition, with over 7,000 people, I know the
music will be top notch as that is being provided by
our very own DJ too! Sunday Night
will be amazing with a Tribute to MJ the King Of
Pop.
Our close friends the Girls
From SugarFree, Diversity, Aiden Davis, George
Sampson and many more will perform to MJ numbers! it
will be a night not to be missed for any one who
loves dance!

Friend Marcquelle Ward - Will be Mitch!
Those of
you who attended the grand opening I
organised for DanceDomain will know
Marcquelle, your also know he is a down to
earth character who was absolutely fantastic
on the day. Well if your a Coronation Street
Fan, you can see Marcquelle on your screens
from September the 14th. He is playing the
role of character "Mitch" and previously
stared in the ITV series Britannia High. Its
always fun working with Marcquelle at the
Streetdance events, and its also nice to
know that he wants to return to Herne Bay at
some stage to see you all again.

DanceDomain Official Opening With Marquelle
Ward Friday 29th May!
Even with his
busy schedule of new films and the release
of his new album very soon, Marquelle will
hit Herne Bay and pupils will have the
chance to meet the star, have photos taken,
and also learn a funky street dance routine
with him!
BBC Radio
Kent will be attending, and will also be
covered by Kent Messenger.
You will have
chance to have photos with Marquelle,
Autographs. Also Marquelle will be taking a
Street Dance workshop for you to attend.
There will be two a closed one for the
school and one open to the public where
other dancers from other schools may attend.
I was with
Marquelle at the weekend in Blackpool and we
have firmed up a date, as you can imagine
its not easy to get arranged when your
popular.. I know the children will enjoy
this!

We had a
great time at Move-IT 2009 - Once again we
enjoyed Belle's performance on the freestyle
stage and even better was the winning Street
Dance performance that she participated in
on the main stage, all the dancers where
absolutely fab!
